What Happens When You Call

We start by listening. You might have a water stain spreading across a bedroom ceiling, shingle granules collecting at the bottom of a downspout, or a run of siding that has started to ripple. Maybe your roof is past twenty years old and you simply want an honest read on it. We ask a few practical questions, then book a visit for a free estimate or a free roof inspection, whichever suits what you describe.

At the visit we look at the shingles, flashing, vents and gutters, and we explain what each finding means before any talk of cost. You see repair and replacement side by side, along with what moves the price, such as roof size, pitch and the condition of the decking underneath. There is no form and no online booking, only a conversation. New customers can ask about our current offer: Limited Time — $50 Off Your First Service Call.

Helpful to Have Ready Before You Call

  1. The address of the house and two or three windows in your week when a visit would work.
  2. A short description of what you have noticed and roughly when it started.
  3. A rough idea of how old the roof is, even if it only comes from your closing paperwork or a past repair receipt.
  4. If storm damage is involved, whether you have already contacted your insurance company.

A Short Call Is All It Takes

A few minutes on the phone is enough to get a visit on the calendar. We look closely, explain clearly and leave the decision with you.
